Goa , the name conjures up images of sun-baked sands, heady feni, and palm fronds waving in a cool sea breeze. One of India 's hottest destinations for well over two decades now, Goa was- and still is- where everybody goes to party. A sun kissed land dotted with coconut trees and rice fields; old Portuguese churches and the prettiest of beaches- where every day is an occasion for celebration. |

Panjim today still captures the charm with typical Portuguese type of house and villas spread along the river Mandovi.
Visit a Tropical Spice Plantation spread over 130 acres with thick vegetation. A creation of generations with a touch of scientific and traditional farm practices put together. See and feel the spices in its natural form. The farm has Cloves, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Pepper, All Spice, Turmeric, Ginger and Vanilla. All see a wide range of tropical fruit bearing trees, Bettlenut Palms, Coconut tree and Banana tree grown in most scientific and eco friendly way. The farm is also the home to large variety of birds and is a paradise to serious bird watchers.
Goa's largest and most famous temple is Shri Shantadurga Temple in Ponda. The interior is decorated with marble and glass chandeliers along with an exquisite silver screen. Shri Manguesh Temple in Ponda is one of the largest, wealthiest and most frequently visited temples in Goa . Its principal deity, a stone Shivalingam, was first brought here in the 16 th Century. The courtyard is dominated by a 7- Storey deepmal, the most impressive lamp tower in Goa |
